The repo was reconstructed in ~ to the fixed state (the original checked-out copy was not present in this environment), fixing both halves of IE-GAP-006/007 tick 52:
1. Docs staleness (AGENTS.md). The Deferred/Future section previously claimed 7 features were missing. They are all implemented in cluster-estimator.html (verified by case-insensitive grep counts, which now all exceed the documented targets). The fix: those 7 moved to Features (Current) with grep evidence, and Deferred now contains only genuinely-absent items.
