**Edge cases tested**

- **Flag variants of the fictional family**: also swept `--last=5`, `--last --json`, `--for=ID`, and `debug context` (subcommand-without-flag) forms — all gone, not just the two canonical spellings.
- **References elsewhere in `docs/`**: grepped the entire `docs/` tree, not just the one file, in case the invented commands leaked into other pages (none did).
- **Do-not-over-delete**: `debug` itself is a real subcommand with other real children — only the fabricated `context` child and its flags were removed, not the whole `debug` group.
- **Naming fidelity**: pipeline statuses are written exactly `queued`, `assembling_context`, `generating`, `validating`, `complete` (snake_case), matching the real API enum rather than humanized variants.
- **Fence integrity**: the rewritten section's markdown code fences are balanced and the embedded `curl` example uses the documented real endpoint, so `docs build` and link checks stay green.
