Done. ~/solution.md (239 lines) is the self-contained diagnostic + fix, and every claimed result was executed, not asserted.
TotalStack tick #230 (idle audit) ran the serial gate battery — guard chains suite+ACM, standalone suite, standalone ACM, validator, hilo — all PASS. Yet the board row stayed NEVER-DONE due to two stacked failure modes:
